The Canada Nationwide Parcel Dataset holds 11,312,419 parcels across all 13 provinces and territories, in the same schema as the US layer: provincial and municipal parcel fabrics, harmonized, with civic addresses, land use, legal descriptions and — where the province or municipality publishes its assessment roll — assessed values and building attributes.
