Vector tiles (MVT)
Style it yourself, client-side
Mapbox Vector Tiles with parcel attributes carried inside the tile, so hover, highlight and label all resolve in the browser with no round trip. Served straight from a PMTiles archive at the edge.
Raster tiles (WMTS)
Drop-in basemap overlay
Pre-rendered PNG8 parcel tiles over a cached pyramid, with on-demand rendering for anything not yet baked. Standards-compliant WMTS and TMS, so it drops into Leaflet, OpenLayers, ArcGIS or QGIS unmodified — and the paid tier serves them unwatermarked.

Point-in-polygon against full-resolution geometry: pass a coordinate and get back the parcel that actually contains it, with every attribute. Available as OGC WMS GetFeatureInfo for pixel-click inspection, or by lon/lat directly.
MCP server for AI agents
Parcels as LLM tools
A Model Context Protocol server exposing the parcel layer as structured tools — schema introspection, attribute filters, bbox, polygon, radius and exact point-in-polygon lookup. Any MCP-aware client (Claude, mcp-remote, your own agent) connects over Streamable HTTP, authenticating with the same API key or through OAuth 2.0 with PKCE. No SQL, no CQL to teach the model.

Point your client at it
Everything speaks OGC, so Leaflet, OpenLayers, MapLibre, ArcGIS and QGIS all connect with a URL and a bearer token. Capabilities documents are public, so your client can introspect before it spends a request.

Watch usage per meter on your dashboard. Going over a quota never disables your keys — we surface it and let you decide, rather than breaking your integration at 3am.
